PACKAGE GRADING

Package condition is very important with collectible items. It makes a difference in display, enjoyment, and Value! That being said, we take packaging very serious.

Most products arriving at our warehouse are in great condition, meaning they are fresh out of the case as if they’re new. Sometimes it’s possible that there are minor issues such as scrapes, rubbing, dings, dents, or creases. This will always be mentioned at the shop item ad itsself. These don’t take away from the overall appearance of the packaging and are suitable for opening or for display in their package.

Warehousing

We warehouse our own product. We control every aspect to ensure that your order arrives in the condition you expect, and as mentioned in the shop ad. Our warehouse is clean, organized, and climate controlled.

Shipping Information

In most cases, shipping of our products is already calculated in the price. So the price you see, is the price you pay. However, it’s always possible that we have to ship internationally, which costs more than domestic shipping. Then it is possible that we have to charge an extra

Within Belgium the following rates apply:
● Free shipping if the amount exceeds € 75 and the weight is below 10 kg
● From 10 to 20 kg the shipping costs are € 10, –
● The shipping costs under € 75 are € 6.95
● Shipping is done with Signature for Receipt
● Packages are shipped insured.

Oversized products
If one of the sides is more than 100cm and / or for products above 20 kg, the options are:
● Pick up in Brussels (in consultation)
● Shipping at your own risk via courier / pallet service
● This is not free and costs start from € 45
● Please contact us before ordering!

PostNL collection point
If you are not at home, we can also send the package up to 10 kg to a PostNL point in your area.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-ordering / Back-ordering products helps you to avoid the frustrations of missing out releases of highly sought after collectibles that would otherwise be sold out fast.

As soon as a manufacturer announces a new item and gives us a heads-up, we will list it for presale / backorder. Presale means we are taking advanced orders for the item. It has either not been released or has not yet arrived at our warehouse.

We work hard to make pre-orders convenient and flexible. If you’ve pre-ordered one of our collectibles, you will be notified per mail and in your personal account – if you have made one- about the arrival date. Usually there will always be an expected arrival date beforehand too.

Unfortunately pre-orders can always have delays. No compensation can be given for pre-orders that arrive late, and we do not recommend pre-ordering something that is time sensitive.

Pre-order Cancelation

You can cancel most pre-orders at any time prior to their arrival at our warehouse. All of this can be done directly from “My Account”.

If you wish to cancel a pre-order that required a non-refundable down payment at the time of order placement, you will need to contact customer service to complete the cancelation. Please keep in mind that your non-refundable down payment will not be refunded.

Pre-order Abuse

While the vast majority of customers use our pre-order system as intended there are always people that are abusing this feature. That’s why we ask for a small down-payment, which can not be cancelled
